DAANPAY Software and other technologies are designed, architected and developed by DAANPAY. DAANPAY offers this website/app, including all information, software and services available from this website, to the user conditioned on your acceptance of all the terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. Your use of the Website constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, policies and notices.

DAANPAY provides services to non-profit organizations, such as religious organizations, charitable organizations, non-profit events, fundraisers and political events (each, a “Recipient”) – to receive payments made by users of the Site. (Each, a “Donor”).

Pursuant to this Agreement, DONEE appoints DAANPAY as its agent to receive payments from Donors (each a “Payee”). Donor represents that it is a party to a separate agreement with each Donor (such as, for example, a promise to make a donation) pursuant to which it receives payment hereunder and that the payments received by Donor hereunder are solely pursuant to that agreement. DAANPAY is not the agent of Donor in receiving the Payments. DAANPAY is not a bank, money transmitter, or other money service business as defined by the Bank Secrecy Act or state banking law. DAANPAY’s relationship with each Recipient will also be governed by the rules and regulations of Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, where Danpay is a payment facilitator and Recipient is a merchant.
